The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is new law which will be in force from May 25th 2018 that protects your data.  As of May 25th 2018 it will be the responsibility of Warrington and Halton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Charity to ensure that we only communicate with you in ways that you have explicitly consented to.

Data that we collect and how we use it

Cookies
This website uses cookies to better the users experience while visiting the website. Online Donations
Online donations are made through a third-party service called JustGiving, who are responsible for processing your data when you make a donation. This collections information including your name, email address and donation amount, which we are able to view.

MuchLoved
Our online tribute service is run through a third-party called MuchLoved, who are responsible for processing your data when you create a tribute. This collects information including your name, email address and donation amounts, which we are able to view.

MuchLoved also collect payment information to process your donations; this information is dealt with securely by MuchLoved and WHH Charity is in no way able to access your payment details. You can read more about MuchLoved’s privacy policy by clicking HERE.

If you change your mind about us contacting you
