Corporate Fundraising

There are several ways that business and corporations can support our charity.

Employees from businesses across Warrington, Runcorn, Widnes and other surrounding areas can become part of our journey by offering their valuable time to partake in various fundraising activities.

We rely on support from local businesses to help achieve our fundraising goals. As a business you are likely to have staff that have some kind of affinity with our hospitals, through their own personal experience or someone they know.

What are the benefits for your organisation?

By supporting WHH Charity you will:

  • feature in external and internal publicity
  • gain exposure for your business among our 4,500 strong workforce
  • receive tailored support for all your fundraising activities

Businesses can opt to sponsor a specific piece of equipment/area of the hospitals or a fundraising event organised by WHH Charity.

Of donate Gifts in Kind from surplus resources. Examples of gifts that are extremely valuable to our patients are clothing, toiletries, books, stationery.

We welcome the opportunity to be your charity of the year and to work in partnership for a 12 month period.

We would love to work collaboratively with you and your employees towards achieving something special for our patients and their families.

We have lots of ideas about how we can make our time working together successful and memorable.

We will be right there to support you with the planning of your own fundraising events and initiatives whilst keeping you up to date with opportunities and fundraising events for your employees to get involved with.

Employees from local businesses can enter teams in to public/charity events.

Or why not consider organising a one off fundraising event involving a staff committee to raise funds.

Participating in or organising events cna be a great team building exercise or promotional activity to engage/involve with current and prospective clients.

Our WHH Charity team will be on hand to support you throughout.

Volunteer support not only engages employees in positive community activity, it also raises morale and confidence, giving individuals a sense of achievment outside the work enviroment

Opportunities may include:

  • Selling raffle tickets at an event
  • Marshalling a sponsored event
  • Charity bucket collecting
