For most of us, Christmas is a time for cozy evenings by the fire, family gatherings and eating a few too many mince pies. But for some people – children included – the magic of Christmas is overshadowed by illness and many spend the Christmas period in hospital. With that said, we at WHH Charity ask you to spare a thought for those who will be in a hospital bed this Christmas instead of at home with their families.


The gift of giving – donated gifts to the Stroke Association for our stroke patients

Every year, we run an extra special appeal where we collect toys and gifts from the public to give to our patients over the festive period. By donating, not only will you be getting into the Christmas spirit, but you will also be doing something truly magical for our patients.

They say that Christmas is a time for giving, so why not spread a little holiday cheer to those in need by donating a gift?

Just drop off your unwrapped gift to the value of £5 at any of our drop-off points:
