Unfortunately, this event is now fully booked…

But you can still join the waiting list by calling or emailing The Pickering Arms

On Thursday 8th July, the Pickering Arms in Thelwall will be hosting an extra special afternoon tea event from 2-4pm in aid of Warrington Hospital to support patients and staff in their recovery following the COVID-19 pandemic.

The event will follow as part of the annual NHS Big Tea on Monday 5th July, which encourages people around the country to ‘raise a cuppa’ in celebration of the NHS’ birthday, whilst also raising money for their local hospitals. You can find out more about that HERE.

The traditional afternoon tea will include sandwiches, cakes, scones, tea and coffee, with the event being opened by the Mayor of Warrington, Cllr Maureen Creaghan. It’s one not to be missed!

The event is open to the anyone and everyone and tickets can be purchased for just £13.50 per person. What better way to celebrate the NHS’ birthday, whilst honouring our hospital heroes who have been working tirelessly to keep everyone safe during the pandemic?

Pre-booking is essential. To purchase your tickets, please call 01925 861262 or email thepickeringarms@inglenookinns.co.uk
